Add finished uploads history tab or add uploads history in the transfer tab

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the WebUI, there is no way to see the finished uploads.
Only way is to activate the logs and access the file on the machine running the client

Describe the solution you'd like
Most DC++ clients offer a window showing previous finished uploads with basic information (timestamp, filename, transfer amount, downloader's name, etc....)
