Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a small tablet that I would like to use to enable/disable the alarm. Unfortunately the browser interface is rather heavy for this smallish tablet, so sometimes the keypresses are not 'heard' which makes it superannoying when the sirene is howling.

Describe the solution you'd like
There is a small app made by thanksmister called alarmpanel. That integrates to Manual MQTT (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/manual_mqtt/) and MQTT Alarm Control Panel (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/alarm_control_panel.mqtt/), it would be supercool to be able to use that, so that the communication from the tablet is not relying on a webbrowser, but rather an app sending an MQTT message.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm currently using wallpanel by thanksmister, and I'm considering using simple chrome to have the keys displayed on the tablet.

This component supports MQTT.
Could you elaborate what integration are you talking about?
And it would be great to give a link to the app in the issue description.
