In the following example there is a date, but datafinder returning a complete wrong date. The same date as in the first example. (BBBY) announced its common stock will be delisted by Nasdaq due to its voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on April 23, 2023 Trading of its return result: 2024-12-11 00:00:00
This examples are real world string snippets returning from Google search. Datefinder is instable and untrustable, nobody can count on the returning result. The user have to control it all manually. Why then using the tool ? It is much better returning less, but what the tool returning is True and correct. There can people live with. Here is a lot work to do before datefinder is production stable.
