Treat the exception when phar.readonly be enabled.

It's throwing the following exception:

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught exception 'UnexpectedValueException' with message 'creating archive "/root/BUILD/PHARS/Phar-installer-1.0.0.1.phar" disabled by the php.ini setting phar.readonly' in /home/michael/mvcnapratica/make:76
