Support setting the canvas z-index

This would be useful with vuetify 3 where the z-index must be set to > 1000 for the canvas/confetti to show

For example it could be changed at setup like so

$confetti.start({
  canvasElement: document.getElementById('my-custom-canvas'),
  canvasZIndex:1001
});
