Missing MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD in .env

In the file https://github.com/alexandreelise/frankenphp-joomla/blob/feat/auto-install/docker-compose.yml, you're using a variable MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD from your .env file but that variable isn't present.

you must use the readme command that's why.

(people don't read documentations and, other ones, already knows that running a containers is using docker compose up --detach so, in these situations, the variable won't be set)
