No log after upgrade to 2.0-M5

I followed this guide and first started an Alf.io [2.0-M4-2402-3] instance and then I updated to [2.0-M5] version.
The new application is starting with some non blocking warning

If I check /home/alfio/logs folder I see only old logs

alfio-2024-12-27-1.log.gz alfio-2024-12-28-1.log.gz

Where I can check for errors?
