More exactly: A language change to and fro (e. g. from German to English and back) leaves the language of the date in English, in my case for 28 h, probably until I did a database export. In the meantime I found swiping Noto out of the app switcher and starting it again suffices for refreshing dates.

I just checked, and it appears that this bug only happens on Android versions lower than Android 13. If the device is running Android 13, this bug doesn't happen at all. So, I'm guessing it's a system-related issue. However, I'll keep an eye on it.
