PDF documentation doesn’t build

Upstream bug in the mkpdfs plugin for mkdocs, see comwes/mkpdfs-mkdocs-plugin#9 / comwes/mkpdfs-mkdocs-plugin#26. Gonna wait for a fix, until then no PDF.

While those bugs have been fixed, it still doesn’t build. At this point I’m probably just going to drop it, no idea how useful it was in the first place. With the docs now being online instead of just a Markdown file it’s even less useful.

Note: I probably need to make sure the PDF is deleted from users’ file system; pretty sure VA’s import process doesn’t delete files, just naïvely adds whatever is in the profile package.
