Altserver not showing up in taskbar

Just like the title, there is no icon in taskbar. From the progress manager, it can be seen that there are many processes in the background.
And I re-installed several times, there is still the problem.
System: Win10 22H2

I used to download and use Altstore before windows update, maybe it is system updating that lead to this problem.

This problem was solved by using compatible options on Win7. But it can still not work on Win10 22H2.
