I'm not sure if this is a znc push issue, but I can't seem to find a way to send a message from kvirc to telegram via zncpush if it has newline characters in it.
It will send the message up to the first newline character if I use \n for the newline, and if I use kvircs $cr function it pushes the message to the first newline then each line after that is sent as a raw command in kvirc.
This might be something in kvirc doing this though, I'm not sure and don't know how to work out if it is.
