Listing Items Updated Notification

This new feature would address the use case I mentioned in #4151.

The SP-API would send notifications whenever changes are made to one or more listing items. This would be highly beneficial for integrated systems, enabling them to track changes across multiple sources, whether through the Seller Partner Panel or external systems. It would ensure that all integrated systems are notified of updates, which is especially useful for systems focused on consuming and processing data rather than just updating or creating it.

The key information returned by the notification would include:

• The SKUs of the products that changed
• The seller account ID
• The notification type

Implementing this feature would streamline change tracking and enhance the efficiency of integrated systems that rely on accurate, real-time updates. I believe it would provide significant value to users who need to monitor listing changes across various sources.
