As a researcher, I would like to know on what basis the JCT suggests certain alternative journals to me and if they are suggested in list format (similar to a google search result), why certain journals appear earlier than others / are listed first (e.g. why is an Elsevier journal listed before a PLOS journal). #58

Thanks @KRieck, yes we have this down as something that we need to determine and then explain recognising that there is huge potential for this to be contentious. Search and filtering of this list was also added in another user story, that's something for the future but until is in place we will need to be transparent as to how the order of the list is generated.
