What would you like to happen?

When at least one transform is selected (highlighted) on the canvas, and I click on the canvas somewhere, the message "Selection cleared" pops up, and it prevents the regular "Select action...." menu to show.

Then, I need to click a second time.

I think there's no value to the "Selection cleared" message, but it always requires a second click then.
I don't mean to sound picky, but I work a lot in Hop, and every click I can save will make the development process a little bit faster.

Can we please get rid of the "Selection cleared" message?

Or even better: Connect the new transform to the selected one automatically. This would require even less clicks (PDI does that).

This one won't be implemented.
It was added because of a request the other way round, "I have a bunch of transforms selected and I want to remove the selection without having the pop-up show, because then I have to click a second time to get rid of the pop-up"
