[Documentation Update]: Enhance README for AudioExtract Project

Issue Description

Modify and correct the current README for AudioExtract Project so it gets easier for all to contribute

Suggested Change

Change the readme with corrections and help the users to understand the basic installation by splitting the steps further and guide it

Rationale

The README is confusing and in very chaotic manner, which makes it tough to contribute to.
