[Feature Request]: Improving the rate us page

Feature Description

Once the reviewer rates then his message should disappear,
If he she tries to re write the feedback then it should not be allowed and an another alert message saying "already reviewed" would pop out.

Use Case

This feature enhances the project by ensuring each reviewer can only submit feedback once, preventing duplicates and clutter. The alert message informs users of their review status, improving clarity and encouraging thoughtful responses, which enhances the overall user experience.
