Engraver not available

I'm am trying to connect an Ortur Laser Master 2 Pro. I'm asking this question here because Ortur has not responded to my question.
I tried followed the Ortur directions using the Zadig app to install the driver but the device never shows up in the list. I then installed the CH340 driver and the engraver still doesn't show in laserGRBL. I hear the beep when I plug in the engraver and see the unspecified device STM32. I'm adding images of the Devices and Printers window and the Device Manager.
