Look at the comlog you attach, line 00797 If the machine did not respond to a command LaserGRBL cannot know if there are space in the machine to receive the next one. Could you try to detach all motors and laser cable (with the machine unplugged), then turn the machine power on and try to send some gcode, and see if you have the problem or not? This can exclude any kind of electrical noise from the machine. Let me know. |

Hi friends, I’m having an issue with my laser engraver and could use some help. It was working perfectly until yesterday, but today it keeps freezing on any project, whether it’s a simple or complex engraving. The main error I’m encountering is “Buffer Stuck.” I can ask the program to unlock and continue, but after a few lines, the same error pops up again.
I’ve already tried several fixes, including updating the firmware and adjusting the settings in LaserGRBL, but nothing seems to work. Sometimes I also get a message saying the board isn’t responding, but everything seems fine with the hardware. Has anyone experienced this or knows what might be causing the issue?
