功能描述

clash mate内核支持AND,OR等路由规则https://wiki.metacubex.one/config/rules/
我在校园网防检测分流使用时候需要使用到，不知道能否加上相关支持

可能的解决方案

支持AND,OR等许多mate内核的新路由规则
