Separate envinorements to own slack channels

Hi,

It's great you can set rules per pipelines and send these to different slack channels.

It would be equally useful to have this for envinorements.Less stuff would need to go to config.

I don't know a way to get environment information from pipeline and stage data. I'm going to keep this issue open until we've an API which can enable us to get information. Once we do, it's relatively easier to support this feature from the plugin side.
