Error that folders exists but these don't exist #82

If I run Makita, close the window, delete the output folder and restart the kpb file, then the pipeline should start with creating new folders, but I get:

A subdirectory or file output already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\simulation already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\tables already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\tables\metrics already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\tables\time_to_discovery already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\figures already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\simulation\ophthalmology\ already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\simulation\ophthalmology\metrics already exists.
A subdirectory or file output\simulation\ophthalmology\descriptives already exists.

But none of these folders exist...

Can you provide the command?

Sorry, I meant after running makita, running the Jobs.bat file twice
