Create a landing page in the website with vision and roadmap

The landing page should contain enough information about the vision, the goals, and the "product" road map, as well as actionable items.

Things to take into account

• Avoid creating a release plan. We want no bullshit on the road map and we don't know exactly what we'll be doing in 6 months from now. Priorities and details of implementation may change over time. Also, we don't know exactly when we're gonna start and finish creating something because we don't have enough information up front.
• Always make sure that everything we do is bound to a specific goal and contributes to the vision. Of course, the community can choose to bypass this limitation as long as they don't go against the vision.
