make it an option for events and locations to be clickable

I have a kiosk mode running and sometimes someone presses on an appointment, taking them to google calendar or maps and without a keyboard or mouse we're unable to return from that.

Would be great if I could disable the clicking feature.

I have added this feature on my fork here: https://github.com/marksie1988/atomic_calendar

this can also be added to hacs and will show as "Atomic Calendar Revive" (you must uninstall old version first)
