How can I specify the number of virtual users in web console?

Hi. I've just created DLT with default cloudformation and run test with the following config:

TASK COUNT : us-east-1 : 1
CONCURRENCY : us-east-1 : 200
RAMP UP : 0m
HOLD FOR : 10m

but actually CloudWatch shows that it sometimes peaks 400 VUs.

I thought that the number of VUs would be the same with task count * concurrency. Am I missing something?
