Blessed Medallion of Karabor missing 30s CD on equip
Blessed Medallion of Karabor should have 30s cooldown on equip.
Wotlk Classic at 1:03:22 , when the rogue equip Blessed Medallion of Karabor it starts 30s CD before it can be used.
TBC Classic1 at 23:45 , the priest equip his Blessed Medallion of Karabor and you can see at 24:04 it still has 11 seconds left before it can be used.
TBC Classic2 at 20:13 , Blessed Medallion of Karabor starts 30s CD when equipped.
