Recognize if there is a lid on the trash bin

Ideally, we should be able to recognize if there is a lid on the trash bin so Lucy can remove it by itself.

Context

In case we want to score the extra points for removing a lid from the bin, we would need to first recognize if there is a lid on top of the bin. This is not a requirement for the task, but desirable for the Take out the garbage [see #110] task.
