Accounting for Jobs without dbt run

Currently within the app I see the last successful build linked to a dbt job that does not include dbt. It is a source freshness job which includes a dbt compile command but no dbt run. This is causing two issues:

1. The last refreshed time with in the model details pane shows the time the source freshness job ran which is misleading as this job did not build any models.
2. The link to latest documentation is broken as the source freshness job does not include a docs generate command
