Currently, the model assumes that people once on Mars stay there.

But it should be expanded to include support for those who are there temporarily, I.e. temporary assignment, or change of mind/family circumstances, or health…

So currently it doesn’t have any impact because it’s modeling “settlers”, but once resources are accounted for we will want to be able to model temporary changes in resource consumption.

There’s already a location field in the settler class.

but we still need to confirm we are only counting people on mars for resource consumption.

we also need to account for resources that settlers may produce that will be returning to earth, I.e. fuel, water, oxygen
