google.language.callbacks issue(?)

jquery-translate version: 1.4.7
jQuery version:
browser: chrome
OS: Windows XP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the site to be translated but I get this:

google.language.callbacks.id100('22', null, 403, 'Please use Translate v2.  See 
http://code.google.com/apis/language/translate/overview.html', 200)

If any additional information is needed I'll try to provide it.
