Cloning fresh empty repo has problem with GUI (v1.0.5) #13

When I try to clone my newly created and empty repo, the app starts cloning and shows the progress bar. Then the repo item jumps up to the "Cloned repos" list, but doesn't make it properly and hangs until I click "My repositories". Refresh doesn't help.

Can someone reproduce this?

I have the same thing. I've just started adding an empty "README" file at the root of a repository.
