Any chance we could get a simple guide on how to full disk encrypt the libreserver?

I think the easiest way to do this would be to install Debian stable with full disk encryption, and then manually install libreserver. Similar to this: https://libreserver.org/armbian.html

I have tried this multiple time but i keep getting "Not enough entropy" as error when i use the command "libreserver menuconfig-onion".
Using debian bullseye on proxmox VM.
