Add some fuzz tests of at least,

  • Manchester-decode stage
  • AD_descriptor recogniser (i.e. valid Manchester bits that decode into bad AD_descriptors -- don't always just fail at Manchester-decode-time)

(Using the breakmydata element was enough to bag the problem fixed by 4fe2dbe, but that approach is probably not subtle enough.)
