TFRS balance and in-reserve are correct

The portal seems to be holding the original 2023 report debit of -4,223 in reserve and has not included a received credit transfer of 10,000 recorded on Jan 6th, 2025.

TFRS balance: 22,954 (0)
29,000 in transfers received total
2023 report (-4223 debit)
Supplemental 1 (-3866 debit, 357 change between reports)
2022 report (-2,180)

LCFS Portal balance: 12,954 (4,223)
19,000 in transfers received

Seems to be resolved in latest PROD release
