LCFS - BUG - Incorrect status recorded in recommended portion of transaction history on LCFS PROD for some transfers

Describe the Bug
In the LCFS Portal PROD environment, after the ETL process, the Transaction History for some transfers is incorrectly showing the "Recommended Rejection" status. This issue occurs even though the corresponding transfers in TFRS correctly display a "Recommend Recording" status.

Expected Behaviour

• The Transaction History in the LCFS Portal PROD environment should accurately reflect the status as "Recommend Recording" if that is the status in TFRS.
• The status should remain consistent between TFRS and LCFS Portal after ETL transfer.

Actual Behaviour
The Transaction History in LCFS Portal PROD displays an incorrect "Recommended Rejection" status for transfers that were marked as "Recommend Recording" in TFRS in some transfers.

Implications

• Incorrect transaction statuses in the LCFS Portal may lead to confusion and misinterpretation of transfer statuses by users and maybe the system.
• Analysts and directors may encounter workflow disruptions or delays due to inconsistent status information.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
User/Role: IDIR

1. Navigate to a transfer record in TFRS with a "Recommend Recording" status.
2. Check the same transfer in the LCFS Portal PROD environment after ETL transfer.
3. Observe that the Transaction History shows "Recommended Rejection" instead of the correct "Recommend Recording" status.
