Currently Cypress is not running on regular schedules meaning we might not be catching issues as fast as we could.

Enable Cypress Tests on Develop on a CRON schedule once daily, ideally sending errors as an email
Enable Cypress Tests to run on Test Pulls as well so we can be sure Cypress is passing before deploying
