TFRS balance is correct, but TFRS is still holding a in-reserve amount of 75 credits.

Unsure of where this in-reserve balance is coming from in TFRS.

TFRS balance: 6,219 (75)

LCFS Portal balance: 6,219 (0)

Note: Perhaps org has a transfer in "Signed and sent" status and the IDIR view is still not visible to analysts.
