LCFS- When filtering by User name in Administration Users

Describe the task:
When filtering User name under Administration > Users, the comparison should consider to match first name and/or last name instead of matching just first name.

Expected result:
When typing last name, I will get back the User name

Only when typing first name, I get back the User name:
