Describe the Bug
In the LCFS Portal PROD environment, the "Download as Excel" button on the Transactions page is not functioning. Pressing this button results in a 400 error message. While this feature works correctly in the DEV environment, it fails in both the TEST and PROD environments.
Expected Behaviour
The "Download as Excel" button should generate and download an Excel file containing the transaction data for the user in the PROD environment without any errors.
Actual Behaviour
In the PROD environment, pressing the "Download as Excel" button results in a 400 error message.
The download functionality is completely non-functional in both the TEST and PROD environments.
Implications
Users in the PROD environment cannot export transaction data, disrupting their workflow and preventing them from accessing detailed reports for offline analysis.
Steps To Reproduce
