progress does not show when window has no focus

It is a small issue, but when transferring a lot of data, I keep the xrmtoolbox window somewhere on another monitor while working in other windows; this causes the progress indicator ("processing records x to y of z") to disappear. When activating the window again, the progress shows up again when it is being updated... it would be nice if it keeps showing and updating even when the window has no focus.
