Setup fails

Running the playbook with ansible-playbook -i inventory/hosts setup.yml --tags=install-all,ensure-matrix-users-created,start fails with the following message:

fatal: [domain redacted]: FAILED! => changed=false
  msg: 'Could not find the requested service docker: '

I'm using a blank Digital Ocean 2GB droplet with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
Any suggestions how to fix it?

try to follow the instructions again, there has been a recent change concerning docker
