Let's start with the lack of documentation on how to use this service and the fact that to get to my settings I have to go through the same "get started" link that I went through for sign-up (not intuitive). Then there's the missing bits on how to setup the badge or whatever you call it to put links on my projects (they don't show up on the MyProjects page). The whole thing seems flimsy, poorly designed and therefore likely insecure. I have terminated my account and the associated stripe account.
