Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is a feature request, to ingrate Dogehouse with XMPP.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make Dogehouse operational with XMPP accounts.

To realize this, please see Blasta project, which is entirely relies on XMPP.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Enhancing XEP-0369.

Additional context

MQTT probably be not a solution.
