Blinking screen on boot #2

Screen blinks a few seconds after uboot. That can cause trouble to some people with flicker intolerance. Is it possible to fix it in uboot/kernel?
I have Fedora 35 with the packages from this repo

I have the same problem, however it seems to happen regardless of OS. Is it possible to get this fixed here (it's fine if it isn't)?

@ravenclaw900 armbian seems to have somehow fixed that. It's either a kernel or a bootloader patch
