SampleCoordinateSystem will be deleted as required metadata. For this, the description of x/y-coordinate needs to have an entry for „Units“ (=required)

  • delete SampleCoordinateSystem from metadata in converter as well as in example datasets
  • catch units for x/y-coordinates description in physio.json
  • figure out: how to set up the requirement in case units can't be caught from asc
