Pid Autotune w/Raspberry Pi

Has anyone gotten Pid Autotune to work with Raspberry Pi and the GTR?

I had issues with it connecting to the Raspberry Pi pins - I know to not use all the pins and only the power/rx/tx but this still didn't work when connecting to the GTR. So I plugged it with the classic USB cable.

GTR works with Raspberry Pi and USB cable, can run everything fine EXCEPT for Pid Autotune functions. Bed and Nozzles heat up, yet I can't run Autotune and it just throws an error after not receiving info from GTR.

Anyone get this to work?
