For consideration: a web-based view of (some) database contents. It could be generated by sphinx, stored in automatically generated Markdown files, and hosted on GitHub or ReadTheDocs. Maybe a handful of pages detailing markers (one page per chromosome?), and a page for populations/cohorts? There probably isn't a reasonable way to display frequency data.
