[Feature Request] dictionary search like rikaichan

Is it possible to do a dictionary search like Rikaichan did? Add another toolbar icon that opens a search bar with a text input and display words, kanji, and names.

I have used a feature like it in the past and found it a helpful feature when studying words and kanji.

Thank you very much for filing this issue. I am working on this very feature at the moment. The approach I'm taking will be a little different to Rikaichan and will take a while longer before it's ready but I think it will work better.

Out of interest, what browser(s) are you using? The approach I'm taking won't work for Safari, Thunderbird, or the mobile browsers unfortunately so I'd like to gauge how important that is.
