Handle exeception if github.com is blocked for private networks #43

When I run the script there is no way to know if your private network has blocked github.com, therefore the private repo does not have access to run the script. i think it will be nice to let the user know if that API call to GitHub.com is unsuccessful instead of just showing a blank prompt / line. This way the user will know the problem is with access and not the script itself.

This happens on git-bash btw.
