Some search results bold (like H3) and Content IDs in some search results

It doesn't happen every time but sometimes, certain search results show the last 2 items as an H3. We checked the items before that to see if they have an unclosed H3 and nothing showed up. The two items that showed up today happened to be documents. This is the first time we looked at this in depth so I'm not sure if it only happens with Documents or not. The code from the browser (view source) is displayed below. Notice the unclosed H3 tag. We also get Content IDs showing up in some search results. After checking the body of these items, there is no ID in the content. No mura tags in the content either.
