Current behaviour

#1508 only applied to regular widgets, which then means Mini widgets and Input widgets have inconsistent styling, which is needlessly confusing.

Expected or desired behaviour

Apply the same kelp-green label background to the cards for creating Mini and Input widgets.

Prerequisites

  • I have checked to make sure that a similar request has not already been filed or fixed.
